Proper Maryland Identification
We deliver to Maryland residents with both a valid Maryland-issued identification AND current medical marijuana program card issued by the Maryland Department of Health or an approved state with reciprocity with Maryland’s medical marijuana program. You must have both forms of identification.
DC Residency Requirements
- Please note, we cannot deliver to the following patients:
- Maryland card holders who may be legitimate Maryland residents, but are not in possession of a Maryland I.D. (for example, customers can obtain a Maryland card with a Maryland electric bill, a Maryland voter registration card, and a passport or a Maryland driver’s license)
- Maryland card holders who live in Maryland, but no longer live at the Maryland address that is on their current Maryland I.D.

Creating High Road Profile
All patients seeking delivery must be signed up with a profile at High Road to be eligible for delivery.
Deliveries will occur between 11am – 7pm
Delivery Cut-Off Times
All same day deliveries need to be submitted by 6pm to ensure delivery by 7pm. We will do our best to accommodate all end of the day orders and will reach out to you should we need to reschedule for the next day.
We aim to deliver within 2 hours for orders in same-day delivery areas.
You will receive a text message notification when your driver is on the way.
Payments + Refunds
Cash payments are not accepted.

Delivery orders must be greater than $40.
If refunds are necessary, they will be processed immediately and funds will be deposited within 3-5 business days. Please note that the delivery and services fees are usually non-refundable.
Contact from High Road
You will be contacted by High Road if your order must be modified or canceled for any of the following reasons:
- You do not have a profile with High Road
- You do not have a current Medical Marijuana Program card
- You have already exceeded or your order will cause you to exceed your monthly allotment.
- The order is out of State
- Patient is on the customer block list
- Unresponsive too many times
- Bad attitude
- You will be notified via text message when your order has left the dispensary and is on the way to you.
- You will be notified via text message when your driver arrives. At this time, you will also receive a text message to confirm final order cost.
What if I Miss an Order
If a patient is not available to receive an order when delivered, the order may be held at the store for pick-up. A second delivery attempt is not guaranteed. Any second delivery attempt is subject to delivery loads, traffic patterns, and availability.
Can someone else receive my order for me?
No. The drivers will check Maryland identification and cards upon arrival. If they do not match the name on the manifest then the order will be cancelled and the patient might be banned from use of our delivery platform.
How should I prepare for my delivery?
Please have your Maryland identification and card available for the driver to review. The driver will take a picture of both before completing the delivery.
Will my MWC discounts still apply?
No. All reward points must be redeemed in the store. However, we will occasionally offer specials through our text promotions for members.
Do I get anything as a NEW patient ordering delivery from MWC?
Yes. All new patients receive 200 loyalty points for purchasing from dispensary.
Points are then exchanged for discount credits towards purchases in store or delivery.
