High Road Delivery LLC ("High Road," "we," "us") operates a cannabis delivery marketplace at highroaddelivery.com. We connect consumers with licensed cannabis dispensaries — we are not a dispensary, do not hold cannabis inventory, and do not process cannabis payments.
What we collect
Information you provide:
- Email address — when you join our waitlist, request delivery notifications, or submit a partner application
- Zip code — when you search for stores
- Business information — when you apply to become a partner (dispensary name, license number, contact details)
Information collected automatically:
- Pages visited, stores browsed, and zip codes searched
- Device type, browser, and approximate location (city/state level only)
- Age verification status — stored as a cookie on your device for 30 days. We do not store this on our servers.
How we use it
- To show you dispensaries that deliver to your zip code
- To notify you when High Road launches in your area (waitlist emails)
- To send delivery updates if you request them
- To produce aggregated, non-identifiable demand reports for our dispensary partners
- To improve the marketplace and understand which markets to prioritize
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- We do not process or store cannabis purchase information — all transactions occur directly between you and the dispensary
- We do not share individual user data with dispensary partners — only aggregated, anonymized demand data
Third-party services
When you enter a dispensary's menu through High Road, you are interacting with a third-party platform (Dutchie, Jane, or the dispensary's own system). That platform's privacy policy governs data collected within their interface. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of each dispensary you order from.
We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. Google's privacy policy governs that data.
Age verification
High Road is only available to adults 21 years of age or older, or valid medical cannabis patients. We use a browser cookie to remember your age confirmation for 30 days. This cookie is stored on your device only and is not transmitted to our servers.
Your rights
You may request to:
- Unsubscribe from any email communications (unsubscribe link in every email)
- Request deletion of your email address from our waitlist or notification list
- Request a copy of personal information we hold about you

Data retention
We retain waitlist and notification emails until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Aggregated analytics data is retained indefinitely in non-identifiable form. Partner application data is retained for the duration of the business relationship.
Children
High Road is not intended for anyone under 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify waitlist subscribers of material changes by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
