Eligibility
High Road is available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, or valid medical cannabis patients in their state. By using this site you confirm you meet these requirements. High Road is not available to minors.
High Road is a technology platform
High Road is solely a cannabis delivery marketplace. High Road is not a cannabis retailer, dispensary, or delivery operator in all markets, and does not sell cannabis, hold cannabis inventory, or process payments for cannabis purchases. Dispensaries listed on High Road are solely responsible for ensuring their products and services are offered in a safe, legal, and compliant manner. High Road has no responsibility or liability for any products or services offered by any dispensary partner.
Orders and delivery
High Road enables you to discover and connect with licensed cannabis dispensaries. When you place an order through a dispensary's menu on High Road, that transaction is between you and the dispensary. High Road is not a party to any cannabis transaction. Delivery is fulfilled by licensed operators — either High Road or the dispensary's own drivers, as indicated on each store listing.
Your responsibilities
When using High Road you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when required
- Comply with all applicable state and local cannabis laws
- Present valid government-issued ID upon delivery
- Not purchase cannabis on behalf of a minor or for resale
Payments
All cannabis product payments are processed directly by the dispensary. High Road does not handle or store cannabis purchase payment information.

High Road provides this marketplace on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding dispensary availability, menu accuracy, or delivery timing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, High Road's total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.
